Four (4) individuals submitted Intents to be Candidates for the Board of Directors and gave written notice to the Association not less than forty (40) days before the Election. The following individuals who will serve on the Board of Directors for a one (1) year term are Jack Groselle, Vicki Hosmer, Roger Sandt, and Maria Shay. One (1) member may be appointed by the Board for a one (1) year term. There will not be an election.


Below are the Notice and Agenda, a Proxy, and a request for a copy of the 2023 Year-End Financial Form. Along with the Stucco Quotes and Sod Quote. If you need a voting certificate, please contact the PCM office. If you have already completed a voting certificate, it is still valid, and you do not need to complete another one.


Please return your Proxy at your earliest convenience. A required number of members, (a quorum), must return their Proxy for the business to be conducted. Returning your Proxy by mail allows the Association to determine if a quorum will be achieved. Therefore, it is very important to return your Proxy as soon as possible.


Ways to return your completed proxy:

  1. In the enclosed envelope that was included in the mailed copy, mail back to Progressive Community Management.

  2. Fax to (941) 923-7000

  3. Email your proxy by taking a picture or scanning it and email it to sraniere@pcmfla.com.
